It is an hilarious account of Jack Smithers, who is the pastor of Winmouth Community Church and follows his exploits. One of the main characters of the book is Andy, a man of the road who claims to be an SAS veteran and offers to be Jack's guardian angel. He promises to put anyone 'Face down in the lake', if they try to hurt Jack in any way. This causes Jack quite a few problems as he tries to explain to Andy that he doesn't need this type of protection.
Then there is Horace, an 80 year old patient at a local care home. He causes much embarrassment for Jack and even lets Jack's tyres down on his car.
Good, clean fun that I know you'll love!
